Managed Backup


Backup and restoration services for both workstations and servers.  We utilize direct remote backup for workstations and  on-premise backup file servers, databases, and other applications.  The backup option utilizes disk image backups of virtual and physical servers.  A disaster recovery cloud storage option is also included.
 

Managed Desktop


Ensures desktops are protected with anti-virus, anti-spam, and patch management.  Remote desktop support for end users is also included.
 

Managed Server


Windows Server management includes proactive systems maintenance, priority incident response, health monitoring and alerting.   Earlier server versions that are no longer supported by Microsoft can be supported on a best effort basis.

 

Managed Network Devices


Firewall and switch priority incident response, configuration management, health monitoring and alerting are included.  Choose from simple monitoring or complete management that include traffic inspection for detection of malware and spam. All end points, routers, core switches, access switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi are supported.
 

Office 365


Office 365 subscriptions can reduce costs across your entire organization.  It includes Exchange online, SharePoint online, OneDrive for Business, and Skype for Business.  Gigatek can provide services that include licensing, management, backup, and end-user support.
